Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping

  • Cost: Free on all U.S. orders

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Overnight Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1 business day

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7 to 21 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver every order on time, unexpected events such as severe weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays may occasionally affect delivery times.

BoatEye is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it promptly.
